RULE §730.207 | Subject Restriction |
Speakers must address themselves to the subject matter of the hearing. The presiding officer may reduce speaking time of speakers who do not abide by the provisions of this section. Written submissions may be presented to the presiding officer immediately preceding and immediately after the hearing. |
